Gloria Rice has practiced law in Montpelier since 1980. A partner in the firm of McKee Giuliani & Cleveland prior to founding Rice & Riley, Gloria's focus is on residential real estate law, real estate financing and small business law. Gloria graduated from Smith College and from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in all Vermont courts and in the United States District Court for the District of Vermont, and is a member of the Vermont Bar Association. Born in Bellows Falls, Vermont, John P. Riley  grew up in Burlington and has been admitted to practice since 1984. He is a graduate of St. Lawrence University (B.A. cum laude, 1980) and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law (J.D., 1984). A partner in the firm of McKee Giuliani & Cleveland prior to founding Rice & Riley, John concentrates in the areas of commercial and corporate law, including transactions, real estate, land use, and bankruptcy. He is a member of the Washington County and Vermont Bar Associations, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
